      <image:caption>In 1980, right after Mt St Helens blew her top, I was born to two hardy Northwesterners.  They raised me to work hard, love others, and use my brain.  From childhood to adulthood, I’ve focused my brain on learning how to make my hard work more efficient.  As a competitive bodybuilder, mountaineer, backpacking guide, long distance runner, sprinter, obstacle racer, etc I have developed a wealth of knowledge that is useful for any body type with any starting point, trying to reach any goal.  I believe that no one program fits everybody, but with an understanding of our bodies’ systems and making changes to our habits we can learn how to maximize the effects of our workouts, meals, and sleep.  There is very little in this world that makes me happier than helping people reach their health goals, and I’m excited to help you!</image:caption>
